Join us on April 24, 2023 as we tour two facilities in Chicago. We’ll start at the University Club at 76 East Monroe at 4:30 p.m. and end at Gaijin at 7:00 p.m. for Cocktails and Dinner and an overview of the culinary operation.

Cost: $120 Members / $150 Non-Members - Registration limited to 24

Dress: Business Attire - Coat and tie for men and comparable dress for women, no denim.

Agenda:

4:20 p.m. Meet at University Club in lobby (76 East Monroe) - Club Tour and Cocktails

6:30 p.m Depart to Gaijin 

6:45 p.m. Meet at Gaijin (950 W. Lake St.) - Cocktails

7:00 p.m. Family Style Dinner at Gaijin with Culinary Overview

Dinner menu: 

1st Course: Twice garlic, sunomono, & Kombu vegetables with gaijin lager and signature highball.
2nd Course: Assorted korokke, seasonal veg and bok choy.
3rd Couse: Misoyaki salmon and beef ribs.
4th Course: Assorted yakisoba with kimchi’s on the side.
5th Course: Chicken, shrimp and tofu Osaka style okonomiyaki with tsukemono to share.
6th Course: Assorted Mochi donuts.
