Please join us as we tour the processing facilities and farm of Slagel Family Farms.  Transportation will be provided by Sysco.  The van would leave at 8:30 am from a club TBD to arrive at the facility by 11 am and departing around 2 pm.  Once we get enough members signed up we will send out further details.  Lunch will be provided at the kitchen/ restaurant at the farm.  Deadline to sign up is April 5^th.

Free event for chefs/ sous/ pastry/ non member kitchen staff may attend for free
